I would really recommend everyone to try it out so they can see how it feels like to have someone very supportive helping you in a period in your life. Sometimes we can't do it on our own and it's an amazing feeling to be understood, appreciated, seen, heard, encouraged. I have changed the way I look at myself - from a place of self-pity and victimhood earlier to a place of self-compassion, curiosity and courage. I have realised my dreams and visions matter, they are not unimportant, and it is imperative that I pursue them relentlessly. I have learnt to put myself first. I have become very aware of my limiting beliefs and just how deeply ingrained these were - it has been helpful to bring them to the surface, see them, see that they are lies, and reframe them. A lot of this achievement is internal. Some of the external manifestations of this work have been - I have adopted a healthier lifestyle, going to the gym at least 4 times a week, started swimming and running, become more aware of my eating habits.
